About this challenge

The Winter Project is designed for everyday people wanting to rebuild structure, improve fitness, increase confidence, and create healthier habits over winter.


With training, nutrition guidance, accountability, and support, this program helps you stay consistent through the colder months instead of losing momentum. Whether your goal is fat loss, strength, muscle tone, or simply feeling better again — this project is built to help you move forward ๐Ÿ’ช


The project is broken into 3 customised phases of training and nutrition, designed to progressively build results, structure, fitness, and long-term habits across the full program.

In-person group sessions take place at Flex Fitness Greenmeadows:

• Monday – 6PM

• Wednesday – 6PM

• Tuesday – 6AM

• Friday – 6AM


You will need to choose either the morning group or evening group, and that will become your allocated training time for the duration of the project.
